Free lets you connect all your tools (GitHub, Jira, HubSpot, Slack) and get rule-based change + partner alerts, the dashboard, analytics, and the onboarding board — plus a 7-day trial of the full AI agent (situation briefs, signal correlation, Partner Pulse). After the trial, the AI features lock and everything rule-based keeps running. No card required.

What counts as an AI call?

Any AI-powered analysis — a situation brief, a Partner Pulse digest, or a HubSpot ticket insight. Rule-based detection, alerts, and your integrations never count against it.

How much AI does Pro include?

Generous, fair-use AI — plenty for normal day-to-day work. We do not meter you against a hard number; if anyone ever pushes unusually high volume, we will simply reach out.

What if my AI usage runs out?

Everything rule-based keeps running normally — detection, alerts, and all your integrations. Only the AI features pause until your next cycle or you upgrade. Alerts are never dropped.

How does per-seat pricing work?

Pro includes 3 seats for $199/mo. Each additional seat is $35/mo. Use the seat calculator on the Pro card to see your exact price.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. Annual billing saves 16% versus paying monthly, and you can change at any time.

What is your refund policy?

Plans are billed up front and are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your paid period. No long-term contract.
