Public docs

Dashboard

What each section of the dashboard shows and how to read it.

Phase 1 shell: this docs surface is wired to the existing backend and repo documentation, and will be expanded as the private dashboard comes online.

Overview

The dashboard gives your team a live read on the health of your partner relationships. It pulls from your real alert data and partner map — everything here is derived from actual workspace state, not static placeholders.

Stat cards

The top row shows four numbers at a glance:

  • Active alerts — alerts that are not yet resolved
  • Partners impacted — distinct partner names appearing in at least one active alert
  • Resolved (30d) — alerts resolved in the last 30 days
  • Repeat exposure — partners that appeared in two or more alerts in the last 30 days (a signal of persistent risk)

---

Currently impacted partners

A card grid showing every partner with at least one active (unresolved) alert. Each card shows:

  • Partner name
  • Highest severity across their active alerts
  • Alert types (e.g., Auth Change, API Deprecation)
  • Alert count and time since last impact

Click any card to open a detail view with all active alerts for that partner.

If you haven't uploaded a partner map yet, this section will prompt you to do so.

Stuck in onboarding

This section only appears when at least one partner on the Partner Onboarding board has been in the same stage longer than your configured stuck-in-stage threshold (default: 21 days).

Each card shows the partner name, the stage they're stuck in, and exactly how many days they've been there. This is your signal to check in — whether that's a handoff that got dropped, a technical blocker, or just a partner that went quiet.

The threshold is configurable in Settings → Partner Map → Stuck-in-stage threshold.

Analytics

Four tabs of aggregate data:

  • Impact — which partners have been hit most frequently in the last 30 days, with a breakdown by severity
  • Volume — weekly alert volume over the current quarter, previous quarter, or trailing 90 days
  • Breakdown — alert distribution by type (Auth Change, API Deprecation, Billing Change, etc.)
  • Partners — searchable table of every partner's 30-day alert history with severity breakdown

---

Workspace apps

Quick-access management for your API apps (credentials). Create sandbox apps, view client IDs and secrets, update redirect URIs.
