Settings
Every configurable option in opSentry — pipeline stages, thresholds, team management, and partner statuses.
Accessing settings
Settings are available at Settings in the left navigation. Changes take effect immediately and persist per workspace. Most settings (except team management) are stored locally per workspace and don't require a server round-trip.
---
Workspace tab
Shows your workspace name, ID, and a summary of active members and alert status. Edit the workspace display name here.
---
Team tab
Manage who has access to your workspace. Three roles are available:
- Owner — full access, cannot be removed by anyone else
- Admin — can edit pipeline configuration and manage members
- Member — can use the product but cannot change workspace-level settings
Inviting a member
Enter their email address and select a role. The user must already have an opSentry account — they sign up at the login page. Once added, they have immediate access to the workspace.
Changing a role
Use the role dropdown on any member's row. Owners can change any role. Admins can manage members but not other admins or the owner.
Removing a member
Click the remove button on any member row. The action is immediate. Removing a member does not delete their account — it only removes their workspace access.
---
Partner Map tab
Partner statuses
The statuses available in the partner map status dropdown. Default statuses: Active, Onboarding, At Risk, Triaging, Inactive.
Add custom statuses by typing a label and clicking Add. Remove any status with the ✕ button. Reset to defaults with the Reset button.
Partners marked Inactive are automatically excluded from alert auto-matching. All other statuses are treated as active for matching purposes.
Partner Onboarding stages
The columns on the shared Partner Onboarding board. Only admins and owners can edit these.
Use the ↑ ↓ arrows to reorder stages. Use ✕ to remove a stage (at least one stage must remain). Add new stages with the input at the bottom.
Note: Removing a stage does not remove partners in that stage — their cards remain but the column disappears. Move partners to other stages before removing a stage.
Stuck-in-stage threshold
How many days a partner can stay in the same stage before being flagged as stuck. Default is 21 days.
When a partner exceeds this threshold:
- Their days-in-stage badge on the card turns red with a ⚠ warning
- A red banner appears above the onboarding board listing all stuck partners
- A "Stuck in onboarding" section appears on the dashboard
Set a number greater than 0 and click Save. The change takes effect immediately on the board and dashboard.
A secondary early-warning state appears at 60% of the threshold (e.g., orange at 13 days when the threshold is 21). This gives you a heads-up before the full stuck state triggers.
Personal board stages
The default column stages for personal boards. These apply workspace-wide as defaults. Default stages: Planning, In Progress, Review, Done.
Same controls as the pipeline stages: add, remove, reorder.

Notifications tab
Connect and manage your integrations and alerting in one place: GitHub, Slack, Jira, HubSpot, email alert subscribers, and Postman partner tests. Each integration has its own connect/configure panel, and new-alert notifications are delivered to whichever channels you enable.
---
Credentials tab
Your workspace API credentials (client ID and secret) for programmatic access to the opSentry API.
